Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
(2) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person conducts an unlawful game or unlawful betting; and
(b) another person under 18 years old participates in the unlawful game or unlawful betting.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
