UTILITIES (TECHNICAL REGULATION) ACT 2014 - SECT 39

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     abstracts, diverts or uses gas from a gas network; and

        (b)     is not authorised to abstract, divert or use the gas by the responsible utility for the network.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
