UTILITIES (TECHNICAL REGULATION) ACT 2014 - SECT 61

Offence—fail to give required information

The owner of a registrable dam commits an offence if the owner—

        (a)     receives written notice under section 60; and

        (b)     fails to give the technical regulator the required information within the time stated in the notice.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
