(1) An executive committee may delegate its functions to—
(a) a sub-committee; or
(b) 1 or more executive members.
Note A function that has been delegated by the executive committee may, despite the delegation, be exercised by the committee (see Legislation Act

, pt 19.4.
(2) An owners corporation may, by ordinary resolution, impose conditions or restrictions on its executive committee's powers of delegation.
