UNIT TITLES (MANAGEMENT) ACT 2011 - SECT 69

Owners corporation may invest

    (1)     An owners corporation may invest its money as it considers appropriate, subject to any direction by special resolution.

    (2)     However, an owners corporation must not invest in a mortgage of land.
