VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2024 - SECT 113

    (1)     The Minister must appoint a member of the board to be the chair of the board.

    (2)     The chair must be appointed for not longer than 3 years.

    (3)     The conditions of appointment of the chair (other than a chair who is a public servant) are the conditions stated in the appointment, subject to any determination under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995
