VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2024 - SECT 121

    (1)     The Minister may give directions to the board about the exercise of its functions under this Act.

    (2)     However, a direction cannot be about the exercise of a function in relation to a particular person.

    (3)     The board must comply with a direction.

    (4)     A direction is a notifiable instrument.
