To remove any doubt, nothing in this part prevents—
(a) the making of a notification about a person under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT)

, s 6 applies the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law set out in the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009
(Qld), schedule as if it were an ACT law called the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT) .
(b) the making of a complaint under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005
; or
(c) the making of a corruption complaint under the Integrity Commission Act 2018
; or
(d) the referral of an issue under section 119 (1) (c) (Functions of board); or
(e) any other referral (however described) under a law applying in the ACT; or
(f) the making of any other complaint (however described)
under a law applying in the ACT.
