VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2024 - SECT 30

    (1)     Within 4 business days after the day an individual's coordinating practitioner receives a second request, the coordinating practitioner must give the board a copy of the request.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
