VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2018 - SECT 59

Person failing to comply with direction

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is required to do something under section 58; and

        (b)     the person fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the direction.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
