Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if the ACAT is considering an application for occupational discipline to suspend or cancel a veterinary practitioner's registration.
(2) The ACAT must consider the following:
(a) whether the veterinary practitioner has contravened the veterinary practitioners code of professional conduct;
(b) whether the veterinary practitioner has put, or is putting, public safety or the safety of animals at risk.
