VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2018 - SECT 90

    (1)     The ACT Veterinary Practitioners Board (the board ) is established.

    (2)     The board—

        (a)     is a body corporate; and

        (b)     must have a seal; and

        (c)     may sue and be sued, and hold property, in its corporate name.
