Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current ActsExcept as otherwise provided by this Act, this Act applies to and in relation to a will or testamentary disposition of a person who dies after the commencement of this Act, whether the will or testamentary disposition was made before or after the commencement of this Act.
