Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) To the extent that information or material has been given in the course of the making of a claim for compensation for an injury, it is not necessary to give the information or material when making any further claim for compensation in relation to the same injury.
(2) A medical certificate required to accompany a claim for weekly compensation must—
(a) comply with the requirements for medical assessments prescribed by regulation; and
(b) include a statement of the doctor's assessment of whether the worker's condition is consistent with the worker's employment being a substantial contributing factor to the injury.
