WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1951 - SECT 145H

Providing insurance services without insurer licence

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     provides an insurance service; and

        (b)     does not hold an insurer licence.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

    (2)     A person commits an offence if the person falsely represents that the person holds an insurer licence.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
