Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The regulator may, by written notice, require an applicant for a self-insurer licence to give the regulator information that the regulator reasonably needs to decide the application, within a stated time, at a stated place.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with a requirement in the notice, the regulator may refuse to consider the application further.
