WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1951 - SECT 145T

Breach of self-insurer licence condition

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is an employer; and

        (b)     the person holds a self-insurer licence; and

        (c)     the licence is subject to a condition; and

        (d)     the person fails to comply with the condition.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
