Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The DI fund manager is not personally liable to pay an amount payable in satisfaction of any claim made or judgment obtained against the DI fund manager or the amount of any costs or expenses of the DI fund manager in relation to such a claim or judgment.
(2) An amount mentioned in subsection (1) is to be paid by the DI fund manager out of the DI fund.
