WORKPLACE PRIVACY ACT 2011 - SECT 7

In this Act:

"worker "means an individual who carries out work in relation to a business or undertaking, whether for reward or otherwise, under an arrangement with the person conducting the business or undertaking.

Examples—worker

1     employee

2     independent contractor

3     outworker

4     person doing a work experience placement

5     volunteer
