BUILDING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2008 - REG 43A

The following documents published by the Australian Building Codes Board from time to time are prescribed:

        (a)     each volume of the National Construction Code series that includes a notation that it forms part of the Building Code of Australia;

        (b)     the Housing Provisions Standard.

Note     The National Construction Code and the Housing Provisions Standard do not need to be notified under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-14" title="A2001-14">Legislation Act

because s 47 (5) and (6) does not apply (see href="https://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2004-11/" title="Building Act 2004">Act
