BUILDING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2008 - REG 9A

        The following information is prescribed:

        (a)     in relation to the parcel of land on which the site work is carried out—

              (i)     the block and section number and division; and

              (ii)     the street name and number;

        (b)     a reference to any provision of the href="https://legislation.act.gov.au/sl/2023-21/" title="SL2023-21">Planning (Exempt Development) Regulation 2023

or Planning title="SL2023-20">Planning (General) Regulation 2023

relied on by the certifier to assess the site work as exempt development;

        (c)     the certifier's name, licence number and signature;

        (d)     the date the notice is signed by the certifier.
