COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 1440

This division applies if—

        (a)     an application is made to the ACAT; and

        (b)     the ACAT orders that the application be removed to the Supreme Court under the “b title="A2008-35">ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008
