COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 1530

    (1)     The court may sit with 1 or more assessors.

    (2)     A trial with assessors may be conducted as the court directs.

Note     Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for directions under this rule.

    (3)     Assessors may be appointed as the court directs.

    (4)     The
