Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The court may make an order for costs in relation to a particular issue in, or a particular part of, a proceeding.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(2) For subrule (1), the court may declare what percentage of the costs of the proceeding is attributable to the issue or part of the proceeding to which the order relates.
