COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 1735
Costs—counsel's advice and settling documents
The costs of a proceeding may include costs incurred for—
(a) the advice of counsel on pleadings, evidence
or other matters in a proceeding; and
(b)
counsel drawing or settling any pleading or other document in a
proceeding that is appropriate for counsel to draw or settle.
