Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) On application by a defendant, the court may order the plaintiff to give the security it considers appropriate for the defendant's costs of the proceeding.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(2) An application must be supported by an affidavit setting out the facts relied on and the grounds on which the order is sought.
