COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 2053

Enforcement orders—return by enforcement officer

    (1)     The registrar may require an enforcement officer who is given an enforcement order to enforce—

        (a)     to prepare a statement of the steps the enforcement officer has taken under the order; and

        (b)     to send a copy of the order with the statement to the person who obtained the order; and

        (c)     to file in the court a copy of the order with the statement.

Note     An enforcement officer may also be required to give a report under r 2234 (Seizure and sale order—report by enforcement officer).

    (2)     A person who obtains a seizure and sale order that is given to an enforcement officer to enforce may require the enforcement officer

        (a)     to prepare a statement of the steps the enforcement officer has taken under the order; and

        (b)     to send a copy of the order with the statement to the person; and

        (c)     to file in the court a copy of the order with the statement.
