Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) On application by the enforcement creditor for an enforceable money order of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court may make an order (a seizure and sale order ) authorising an enforcement officer to seize and sell in satisfaction of the order debt all real and personal property (other than exempt property) in which the enforcement debtor has a legal or beneficial interest.
(2) On application by the enforcement creditor for an enforceable money order of the Magistrates Court, the Magistrates Court may make an order (also a seizure and sale order ) authorising an enforcement officer to seize and sell in satisfaction of the order debt all personal property (other than exempt property) in which the enforcement debtor has a legal or beneficial interest.
