Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsIf a debt redirection order attaches a debt that is payable to the enforcement debtor later than 28 days after the day the order is served on the third person, the third person must, before the end of that period, serve on the enforcement creditor a notice stating—
(a) the date the debt is, or is likely to be, payable to the enforcement debtor; and
(b) if the amount of the debt is less than the unpaid amount of the amount recoverable under the money order—the amount of the debt.
