COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 2334

Regular redirection order—service and coming into force

    (1)     This rule applies if the court makes a regular redirection order, whether or not on the enforcement creditor's application.

Note     The registrar must give a sealed copy of the order to the enforcement creditor (see r 2050 (4)).

    (2)     The enforcement creditor must serve a sealed copy of the order

        (a)     on the financial institution—

              (i)     personally; or

              (ii)     by pre-paid post; or

              (iii)     by email; and

        (b)     on the enforcement debtor

              (i)     personally; or

              (ii)     by pre-paid post; or

              (iii)     if the enforcement debtor's address for service includes an email address—by email.

    (3)     The order does not come into force until the end of 7 days after the day the order is served on the financial institution.
