Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The enforcement debtor must ensure that sufficient funds remain in the enforcement debtor's account after each regular deposit for the deduction from the account of the amount stated in the order.
(2) The enforcement debtor must tell the enforcement creditor in writing if—
(a) the fourth person discontinues making the regular deposit; or

(b) the enforcement debtor closes the account or arranges for the fourth person to pay the enforcement debtor in another way.
