Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsOn application by the enforcement creditor or enforcement debtor for an enforceable money order of the court, the court may make an order (an earnings redirection order ) authorising redirection to the enforcement creditor of particular earnings of the enforcement debtor from an employer of the enforcement debtor.
Note 1 Employer of an enforcement debtor is defined in r 2000.
