Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The court must not make an earnings redirection order for the enforcement debtor that would reduce the total earnings of the enforcement debtor to an amount that is less than 80% of the debtor's net earnings.
(2) In this rule:
"net earnings" means gross earnings per week or another appropriate period after any required deduction of tax.
