COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 2500

This division applies to the following contempts:

        (a)     contempt for contravention of an order of the court or an undertaking given to the court;

        (b)     contempt committed in the face or in the hearing of the court;

        (c)     any other contempt of the court;

        (d)     contempt of the Australian Crime Commission under the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002

        (e)     contempt of the ACT Integrity Commission under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2018-52" title="A2018-52">Integrity Commission Act 2018
