Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsIf, in a proceeding for interpleader relief, the court directs the trial of an issue, part 2.13 (Pre-trial procedures), part 2.14 (Court supervision) and part 2.15 (Trial) apply to the trial with all necessary changes and subject to directions the court may give.
