COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 2902

    (1)     A person may, in writing, ask the registrar to search the registers, indexes or calendars of the court.

    (2)     The registrar may—

        (a)     comply with the request; and

        (b)     issue a certificate of the result of the search.
