Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) This rule applies if the executors of the will of a deceased person want to renounce their rights to apply for probate in favour of the public trustee and guardian.
(2) The executors must give the public trustee and guardian a notice of renunciation by affidavit.
