Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) A person served with an application for an order for access to identifying information may oppose the application by filing in the court a notice of opposition not later than 10 days after the day the application is served on the person.

(2) A person who files a notice of opposition to an application for an order for access to identifying information must serve a stamped copy of the notice on the applicant for the order.
