COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3300

In this part:

"Cross-vesting Act" means the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/1993-60" title="A1993-60">Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross-vesting) Act 1993

"cross-vesting law "means any law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory (including the ACT) relating to the cross-vesting of jurisdiction, and includes the title="A1993-60">Cross-vesting Act

"special federal matter"—see the Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross-vesting) Act 1987
