COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3312

    (1)     This rule applies if a party to a proceeding wants to have rules of evidence and procedure, other than those of the court, applied under the title="A1993-60">Cross-vesting Act

, section 11 (1) (c) in dealing with a matter to be decided in the proceeding.

    (2)     The party's pleadings must include a statement identifying the rules that the party wants applied.
