An interstate confiscation order, or an amendment of an interstate confiscation order, is registered when details of the order or amendment are included in the register.

title="A2003-8">Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003, s 137 provides for interstate confiscation orders (and amendments) to be registered in court if the property (or part of the property) is situated in the ACT. They may be registered in the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court (see that Act, s 238, s 240 and s 241). Registration is required to be in accordance with the procedure of the relevant court (see that Act, s 137 (5)).
