COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3553

Judicial review—prerogative writs etc abolished

    (1)     The prerogative writs of mandamus, prohibition and certiorari are no longer to be issued by the Supreme Court.

    (2)     Informations in the nature of quo warranto are abolished.
