The existence of prerogative relief under this part does not exclude any other jurisdiction of the court to grant relief.

, s 8 (1) (Effect of Act on other rights) provides that the rights given to someone under that Act, ss 5-7 to seek an order for review are additional to the person's rights to seek a review in another way.
