COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3610

Admission—compliance certificate (Legal Profession Act, s 30 (2))

The admissions board must do the things required under the title="A2006-25">Legal Profession Act

, section 30 (2) in relation to an application for admission not later than 7 days after the day the admissions board decides to give a compliance certificate to the applicant for admission.
