COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3623
Directions
(1) On the filing of an application, the registrar
must—
(a) set a date for
directions before the registrar; and
(b)
tell the parties the date.
(2) At the
directions hearing, the registrar must set a time and date for the assessment
of the legal costs.
