COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3902

This part applies only in relation to—

        (a)     the Magistrates Court; and

        (b)     an injury to which the title="A1951-2">Workers Compensation Act

, as in force after the commencement of the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-81" title="A2001-81">Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2001

, applies.

Note     With some exceptions (see title="A1951-2">Workers Compensation Act

, s 234 (now expired)), the title="A1951-2">Workers Compensation Act

, as in force after the commencement of the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2001-81" title="A2001-81">Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2001

, does not apply to injuries that happened before the commencement of the amending Act ie 1 July 2002.
