COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 415

    (1)     This rule applies if—

        (a)     notice to someone of something is to be stated in a pleading; and

        (b)     the form or the precise terms of the notice, or the circumstances from which the notice is to be inferred, are not material.

    (2)     The pleading may state the notice as a fact.
