COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 4305

Prosecution evidence to be given to accused etc—Magistrates Court Act, s 90

    (1)     For the “b title="A1930-21">Magistrates Court Act 1930

, section 90 (2), the period within which the informant must serve the documents on the accused person before the date set for the committal hearing is—

        (a)     28 days; or

        (b)     if the court orders another period—the period ordered.

    (2)     For the title="A1930-21">Magistrates Court Act 1930

, section 90 (3), the period within which a copy of the documents mentioned in subrule (1) must be filed in the court is—

        (a)     28 days; or

        (b)     if the court orders another period—the period ordered.
