COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 501

Amendment—when must be made

All necessary amendments of a document must be made for the purpose of—

        (a)     deciding the real issues in the proceeding; or

        (b)     correcting any defect or error in the proceeding; or

        (c)     avoiding multiple proceedings.
