Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsThe applicant for leave to appeal must file the application for leave to appeal, accompanying affidavit, and draft notice of appeal, in the Supreme Court not later than 28 days after the day the order appealed from is made, or not later than any further time allowed by the court.
